Shipping

How long will my order take?
It depends which facility your item ships from:

From our US facility: 4–8 business days to the US, 7–12 to Canada.
From overseas: 8–17 business days to the US, 10–20 to Canada.

Why do some items take longer?
Part of our range is stocked in the US and goes out fast. The rest ships direct from the manufacturer overseas — that's the trade-off that lets us sell gear at this quality without a department-store markup. We'd rather tell you the real number up front than promise three days and leave you refreshing a tracking page.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No — on any order. All duties and import taxes are covered by us before your parcel reaches you. The price at checkout is the total price you pay. Nothing extra on delivery, ever.

What does shipping cost?
Free on US orders over $50. Under $50 it's $4.99. Canada is a flat $9.99.

Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
If your order mixes items from both facilities, they ship separately. You're not charged extra, and each parcel has its own tracking number. If one arrives and the other hasn't, it's still on its way.

Where is my tracking number?
It's emailed to you the moment your parcel ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan, and overseas parcels often go quiet for several days during customs clearance. Both are normal.

United States and Canada.

Ordering

How do I know my order went through?
You get a confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout. If it isn't there, check your spam folder — and if it's still missing, email us and we'll confirm manually.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been packed. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. After that it's with the warehouse and has to be handled as a return.

Do you have a size guide?
Sizing is listed on each product page. Our pieces run true to size, but if you're between sizes we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us your measurements and we'll tell you honestly which size to take.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Email us first for a return authorisation. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Do I pay for return shipping?
Only if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. If the item is faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover it.

My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your call — and you usually won't need to send anything back.

How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank then takes another 3–10 days to post it.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card details.

What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
