Track Your Order

Your tracking number is sent by email as soon as your parcel ships. Enter it below, or paste it into the carrier's own site.

How long should I expect to wait? Items from our US facility take 4–8 business days to the US. Items shipping from overseas take 8–17. Canada adds a few days to both. Please give it the full window before worrying.

Haven't received a tracking number yet? Orders take 1–5 business days to process before they ship, depending on the item. If it's been longer than that, email us and we'll chase it.

Tracking shows no movement? This is the most common question we get, and it's almost always fine. The first carrier scan can take 24–48 hours to appear. Parcels coming from overseas then frequently go quiet for several days while clearing customs — nothing is scanned during that window. It does not mean your parcel is lost.

Part of my order arrived, part didn't. If your order mixes items from both of our facilities, they ship separately and arrive at different times. The rest is on its way — check the second tracking number in your email.

Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived? Check with neighbours and your local depot first — parcels are often left with them. If it still hasn't turned up, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
